mang.. it's been one of those mornings. but today, i came to work before 9:30. that's a huge accomplishment for me! i donno why, but i really can't wake up in the mornings...you know.. i had to make a promise with God that I wouldn't press the snooze anymore? i kind of broke it already tho. i didn't press the snooze, but i didn't get out of bed either. i have to make a more airtight promise with God tonight. keep me accountable people~

yesterday i met up with girsty to watch sisterhood of the traveling pants. great movie. i really liked it.

whenever i got out with girsty, i know i will come away with at least one girsty moment. yesterday, i was blessed with two. we were driving back to my car, and girsty shouts, "what's goin on with the mooN?!? oh.. wait.. nm..." then starts mumbling something. so, being curious, i leaned over, and i didn't see anything. she didn't have to tell me, but being girsty, she admitted that she thought the lamp was the moon. when i started laughing, she exclaims, "don't laugh! it's perfectly justified! it's orbular like the moon!" hahaha~ orbular. haha~ ORBULAR. HAHAHA~ that girl just cracks me up. but in a good way. x)

and yes girsty, of course i had to blog about it. x) btw, did you know it's actually orbicular? hmm, the things u learn every day.

today i went to my school clinic cuz i had to check out my throat. i have some weird bumps on my uvular (the punching bag looking thing in your throat). the nurse said it could be a cold sore! eww, can you believe that?? xP seriously, what is going on??

so instead of going back to work, i decided to have lunch with carroll at this posh italian place (very good) and "work" from home.

it's 4pm. i haven't started yet, and i must clock in at least 5 hours tonight. *yay* and tonight is my little sister's bday thing. *yay*

i'm going to be up tonight.

another exciting weekend...

friday i got to see hyewon in sd. poor girl. she's so overworked. xP only spoke to her for a brief moment, but it was good to see her.

saturday, went to sd faire. COOOOOL~~ i had a lot of fun. me and kevin got to record ourselves singing songs in a makeshift recording studio and hp burned it for us and everything~ i love hp! they had the coolest FREE stuff~ x) me and kevin did the recording thing like 3 or 4 times. x) we rode faire rides and ate faire food. omg, drrooooollll. i'd go back just for the food.

i got home, and got in trouble.. again. i donno.. same ol. it's weird.. i donno what hurt more.. the fact that my dad was yelling at me again for something really small and bringing in all these other things that have been building up, or my mom commanding me to wipe my eyes before i went back to the living room where kevin was. heaven forbid my own bf knows that we have problems. xP

saturday night, we went clubbing for the first time in years. literally. carol assured me it wasn't a korean club... i shoulda asked if it was asian...... b/c everyone and their mommas were chinese. haha~ *shrug* it was fun tho. the funniest part was this crazy girl that kept hounding jaekyung and making her dance with her.. omg, i've never seen jaekyung soooo sad/scared. haha~~

we were supposed to go eat after, but i got a call from my sister telling me that my youngest sister was in the emergency room.. so i rushed home. apparently she has a kidney infection and vertigo. *sigh* this is what kids get for being so reckless with their bodies these days...

sunday was father's day. i spent it shopping, how about u? thankfully my dad liked his presents.

sooo cute! we went to give my bro-in-law his father's day present and he wouldn't wake up. so i took the present up with heaven to have her give it to him. i put her on the bed and she started shaking him saying, "appah~ appah kkuh! appah kkuh!" (translates to: "belongs to daddy") he still wouldn't wake up, but she was soo cute! heheeheh~

i think i have strep throat.. again. xP i hope i don't infect everyone else in the office.. that would suck, haha

it's time for a new era...

wow. we got in trouble for taking lunch together. basically there needs to be one person in the office at all time, and we have to "keep our ears to the ground" and decide if the office is not that busy. if it's too busy, then we should both stay. bigbossman was "very upset" that he couldn't find either of us to help him today. most likely to lug boxes down to his car. *rolling eyes*

disneyland was AWESOME! i've never had so much fun at a theme park before. the parades, the shows, the rides, the company (hehe)..it was just amazingly fun. i did the astro blasters and it was SOOO fun! i beat kevin the first time. the second time he musta cheated cuz he beat me. xP

so, i went to musee de femmes this weekend with jae and jaekyung. when we got there i was really worried. first, the people were all a little questionable. second, the theatre was a hole in the wall. third, the programs described the show as "the grotesque and arabesque."

act one was a whole buncha skits put together. only one word can describe it accurately and that is disturbing. i kept looking over at jae with death glares b/c she's the one that convinced me to watch it. lucky for jae, the second act was pretty awesome and so i didn't have to kill anyone. i took pictures with some of the cast members after. it was pretty cool.

last night i watched cinderella man. it's been a long time since i've walked out of a movie and thought it was a gooood movie. i didn't really expect much, but it was a really good movie. i highly recommend.

a couple days ago i started angels and demons by dan brown. i must say, all that stuff about secret brotherhoods is fascinating. i was doing really well, but i can't stand not knowing the end, so i read ahead to find out who did it. xO i can't believe it was that person~~ and all the twists and turns. seriously.. crazy. can't wait to read how it turns out to be that person.

i'm dying. it's only 10 am. i'm seriously thinking about leaving around 12/1. i came in at 7:30.. doesn't that count?

foood cooommmmaaa....

i'm so sleepy these days at work and i don't know why~~ i had plenty of sleep.. xP

i woke up at 8AM today thanks to andrea~~ she took me to work today, so i got to sleep a whole extra hour~ it was HEAVENLY.

but i'm still so tired.. hmm...

i tried to knit last night. it just doesn't have the same oomf anymore.

met up with albert kae last night. x) it was nice to see him and catch up. should do that more often.

last weekend was a lot of fun. x) (i'm a little slow)

on friday me and kevin went to downtown disney~~ it was sooo fun. hehe~ we just walked around and had a drink at this outdoor bar. omg, it was reeeally good! purple haze is my new favorite drink.

on sat, kristy came down to visit so we chilled. then we went iceskating - it was me, kristy, kevin, jae, jaekyung, eugene, sean, and carroll. it was so fun~ too bad neither of the bf's knew how to iceskate. hehe~ we also found this great sushi place right next to it~ it doesn't compare to alameda, but still good. and i learned that sushi makes me gas'y. HAHA. after iceskating we went to watch madagascar. SUCH A BAD MOVIE! x( sorry kristy! (she wanted to watch episode III, but i already saw it.. haha~)

on sun, went to church then went to potluck at kristy's. it was a lot of fun~ hehe~ seriously.. it was soo nice to see the underclassmen. i felt old cuz i was the only "senior" there, but it really doesn't matter, does it? x) doode, jahndee is freakin hilarious~~~~~~ hahaha~

on mon, me and kevin watched tv ALL DAY. haha, it was nice.

speaking of nice.. kevin bought me a new mp3 player. SO NICE! samsung yepp T7X:
SOOOOOOOO cute!!!! mine's silver. it's literally the size of my car alarm. heheheheheheehehe~~ it's got a color screen. x) it holds pictures, connects directly to cd players (so you can record), records voice, has FM radio.. and and.. IT'S AWESOME.

got my grades. wow that was so much faster than last semester.

i'm not thrilled, but i'm feeling a little better. my first grade was reallllly bad. i ended up at the same place i was at USD (maybe even lower b/c my class is so stinkin crazy). hahaha~ so much for getting a better rank. oh well.

i decided to not worry about it. really. x)

my day has been uneventful. wow, today has gone by extremely slowly, but it's almost time to go and i'm excited!
