i watched shaun of the dead with drew carey last night!!!!!!

well, he was in the same theater anyway. x)i'm such a chicken tho. i kept staring at him, but i couldn't bring myself to say hello. -__- oh well.. he was with his very young gf. don't want to interrupt.

i liked the movie too. it was a strange movie tho. it had every genre possible: romance, drama, tragedy, comedy, horror (omg it was so nasty graphic), action.. everything mixed up, so i was a little confused as to how i should feel throughout the movie. i liked it tho..

i'm at work. it took me so much effort to come to school for no other reason than to work.

and now i have nothing to do...

boo!

good sports is wasted on me...

i went to the dodger/padres game this wednesday. it was pretty boring, but it was nice cuz poky was nice enough to explain everything play by play. i've never enjoyed watching sports with a guy more~ i hate it when you ask a guy what happens and they brush you off. i asked poky wat happened and he would tell me everything detail by detail. after i asked him a few times, he wouldn't even wait to be asked, and he just started to explain. i loved it! thanks poky! anyway, everyone got all excited because gagne came out. eh, i couldn't even see him pitch~ but dang, the guy was HUGE.

i'm at my niece's right now. she's just starting to walk. it's funny cuz she looks like a drunken mummy. hahaha~ but omg, she is so cute! pictures to come very soon!

i had a four day weekend because of rosh hashana (who knew we got jewish holidays off too? but i was supposed to use this nice break to catch up. i have done nada. x( i'm so bad. i need to study today, but my stinkin sister made me babysit. *sigh*

speakin of which, the baby's getting bored.. i better get back to her..

so my interview went so badly..

the girl before me was in there for 40 mins (it's supposed to be a 20 min interview). my interview lasted 10 mins. ten minutes people!! i was so sad... *sigh* i have another interview tomorrow and after friday's fiasco, i am so frightened. so very frightened.

after that horrible incident, kevin took me to the "joey" taping. it was fun! x) it was especially funny because jennifer coolidge made a special guest appearance, and she is so freakin funny. we walked passed her when we left (early.. because they wanted us to be there for 7 hours!! we left after 4). she is SO tall! she's really pretty too~ after that, we went to universal citywalk and just chilled. it was such a nice ending to such a horrible day... why am i such a moron during interviews??

anyway, that was that.. i had something funny to blog, but after re-living that moment, i forget. *sigh* have a good night y'all~

why, oh why, am i so slow? xP

for work, i get to interact with big firm interviewers and today, i was supposed to take one of them (Snell & Wilmer) to their room. we got to chit-chatting and he was asking if i was going to be recruiting. i said that i had an interview tomorrow. he asked if i had anymore and i told him that i had one next week w/ a firm in vegas, but i couldn't recall the name and he said, "well, you know, we have the biggest and fastest-growing and best firm in vegas." and i just politely smiled. IDIOTA! x( he kept saying how great their firm was, and all i could muster was, "i did bid for your firm too~" (and i did.. i really wanted an interview with them too). they laughed.

why couldn't i have taken that chance to ask for an interview! it was a perfect opportunity! i coulda said, "well, i would love an opportunity to interview with your firm~" or "are you offering me an interview?" even jokingly.. it woulda got the question out there. maybe they woulda said no, but maybe, just maybe, they woulda said yes! and instead of blogging, i could have an interview right now.

*sigh* idiota...

i'm so tired..

this weekend was nice and chill. watched hairspray. i loved it! i would totally watch it again~ x)
then i studied some. a really small amount though.. haha~ i thought i deserved a little break after last week's brutal paper (which, by the way, was a waste of time cuz i didn't get onto law review.. -__-).
i got to see girsty yesterday! x) we had todai's and watched princess diaries 2. it was funny cuz we were the only 2 in there and we were crackin up. x) thanks for coming down to see me~~ x)

my teacher let us out early today~ x) yay! but i have class in an hour and i haven't read for class. hehe~

i think it's amazing that i get here at 7:30 every morning. last week i even studied. but i also figured out that i could sleep here on the very comfortable couches in the library. since then.. i have been sleepin an extra 3 hrs before class. haha~ x)

today me and kevin were sitting outside eating an ice cream sandwich. i saw this girl w/ crazy curly hair. it was a little bushy, but the cute kind of bushy, u know? i turned to kevin and i asked if he would like it if i had hair like that and he immediately said, "no! i like your hair just the way it is~"

awwwww~ how sweet huh?
but wait, i'm not done..

then i said, "i wouldn't mind having her body tho." i looked over at kevin and i could see that he was wishing the same thing. silently.. but still agreeing with me.

so i've been patiently going to the financial aid office pretty much every day since i got into loyola. and today, i finally received my financial aid packet...

...only to learn that they LOST a document that i had mailed to them that is necessary in order to certify it in order for me to get my money.

why? why???

*sigh* another freakin hour wasted...

why do i insist on procrastinating?? *sigh*
