come on ppl.. i really need your input. so.. this is the deal (for 1390 or whatever) for the powerbook. what does all this mean? and is this a good deal? will i be able to use mac comfortably, or is it too much of a hassle... help!

That sounds like a o.k deal, not great but o.k. If you havent used Mac before there will be a learning curve for you. It is much different from win. but most that i know that use it swear by it. They say you can do the same amount of work in half the time as win. So there is an opinion from a complete stranger. Good Luck!

but the reason i think this is such a great deal is because i need a laptop that is semi-light. to find a pc laptop that light (that's not a dell) at that price is almost impossible.
